Messages or texts are one of the most used application in any mobile phone. Apple iMessage was introduced two years back, which is the new beginning for a iMessage which is a combination of SMS and instant messaging.New shows that messaging app has been revamped and it is quite different than the previous version - iOS6. Let's have a look at what has been changed in ios7 SMS application?
The basic functionality of the application remains the same and their small change for the send button. The button carries Gray theme which is different from its previous version. the shortcuts are same.
So we are going to say that we loved the revamped messaging system. The bubbles are bouncy, they can be pulled and stretched, the bubble color fades as a new message arrives and the best thing is they get delivered.
Looks - a simple blue and white interface
Apple believes in simplicity and we have used white and blue combination for messages application. Green - white combination indicates IM, whereas blue- white combination represents normal text SMS. - Swipe to the left - to delete the whole conversation
- Tap On the status bar - to get to the top of the list
- Start new conversation- click on the upper right corner
- Copy/move the message - tap and hold the message
Color fades for older messages
This picture is pretty brilliant. As you keep getting new messages, color of the older messages gets lighter. This looks pretty amazing when you scroll from very old message to the latest message.So we are going to say that we loved the revamped messaging system.
