Smart Eye Scrolling
Samsung supposedly invented and developed the technology called the smart eye scroll where the sensors present at the top of Galaxy S4 tracks the user eye movement and if the user is facing the screen the phone will scroll accordingly. This seems like an advanced version of Smart Stay feature which was used to find if the user is looking at the screen or not.
Update: Samsung decided not to include the Smart Scroll feature with the S4 this time which is unfortunate as it sounded like a great feature to have.

Floating Touch
The Samsung Devs have included floating touch gestures into the S4 similar to the floating touch features of the Note and its S Pen gestures where you can hover your finger over the screen to view previews of the tasks.8 Core Processor chip (Exynos 5 Octa core)
Samsung has created a latest version of its popular Exynos Chip which are the next generation processor which is extremely fast and efficient. Samsung claims that they can save battery life upto 70% using this chip which sounds great.
