UK gets HTC One 4.2.2 OTA Update
While you are having fun with HTC one, HTC has rolled out jellybean 4.2.2 update for HTC one M7. The Taiwanese manufacturer's own country is the first one to get the recent update. Let us remind you that it is the biggest update after releasing this device the Q1 of 2013. Currently 4.2.2 update with version 2.24.401.1 is available for few countries in Europe and Asia. There is no official word about it's availability in larger markets like US and canada. We are looking forward to get update for entire Europe by the end of this month. The total update size is around 410 MBs.We will keep updating list of countries for which 4.2.2 update is available. currently update has been rolled out in following countries.

Let's see how can you download and get update on your phone. You need to check if your phone has already received a notification for update. Just go to settings >> about >> software updates. you should be able to see a new update waiting for you. If you are lucky and you see a notification then just get your One M7 updated via wi-fi.
Such OTA updates might take more or less depending on your batch number. If you own a carrier-branded HTC One then it will take more time for the specific carriers to update their services.
