As per the rumors, Samsung might launch S4 in 2nd quarter of 2013. It would be interesting to see Samsung's first Key Lime Pie Phone.

Samsung Galaxy S4  Might release in March 2013

One of the most anticipated device for year 2013. As per the rumors, Galaxy S4 should be launched in March-April in the year 2013. The successor of Galaxy S3 is likely to have powerful Snapdragon 2 GHz quad core processor, 2 GB RAM and a large 4.8 inch display.
S4 will probably launch with the Android 4.2.2 JellyBean and buyers can rest assured that it will be getting the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie update in future.
