Does Motorola G support USB OTG - On the Go? The answer is yes. Many of us didn't go for Moto G due to lack of external MicroSD card, but the USB OTG offers you another way to extend Memory of your Motorola Moto G.

We weren't expecting a low priced Smartphone like Moto G to come up with a USB on the Go as it always has been a premium feature. Steps:
1. You will need the USB OTG cable
2. Connect the USB OTG cable and the external USB device.
3. Now open any file explorer to enjoy the data.

To connect USB devices  -  Devices like a keyboard can be connected using a simple adapter.
Play games using PS2 remotes  - Yes. It's possible to play few games which support with the playstatin joystick.

Update: 
Updating your Moto G to Kitkat 4.4.2 disables external USB storage access which is a sad news. It looks like a Bug and Motorola is working on it. Now it requires third-party software or root to access USB storage, similar to Nexus devices.

Update: Dual SIM Motorola G
The latest Kitkat update for dual SIM Motorola G has patched up the glitches and now it supports USB OTG. There is no need to use any 3rd party applications and you can use any file explorer to check the contents.
