For those who are still wondering how the numbering convention assigns the certification, here's what every number stands for.

6:- Certified dust proof phone
5:- Dust resistant phone
Resistance doesn't guaranty that there will be absolute dust protection. There will be slight possibility that small amount of dirt might go into the device but that the quality of the phone will not be affected in case of accidents and a reasonable functioning of the phone will still be available.
